Ryan is a life­time res­i­dent of LA and Or­ange coun­ties, and is proud to have also called New York City home for three years. He is a grad­u­ate of the New York Real Es­tate In­sti­tute and has spent most of his ca­reer serv­ing oth­ers, specif­i­cally in hos­pi­tal­ity man­age­ment, bring­ing per­son­al­ized service to bear when work­ing with his clients. Af­ter spend­ing over a decade in the in­dus­try, Rya­n now en­joys be­ing a South OC RE­AL­TOR® and is a cer­ti­fied First Time Buy­er Spe­cial­ist and Pricin­g Strategy Ad­vi­sor. In his free time, he likes to travel, re­lax at the beach, hike South­ern Cal­i­for­nia trails, ex­plore new foods in his own kitchen, and spend qual­ity time with friends and fam­ily.
